Ch Appa Rao, President

The President shall preside over all the meetings of the General Body, the Executive Committee and any Special Committee of the Foundation. He shall give several power of control of all the affairs of the “VIRAGA FOUNDATION “.  

Naga Lakshmi Bhavani Gunturu, Associate President

The Associated–President shall perform such of the functions as are delegated to him by the President or entrusted by the Executive Committee.

J. Ramachrandra Rao, Vice President

The Vice –President shall perform such of the functions as are delegated to him by the President or entrusted by the Executive Committee. 

Sitaram Raju Uppalapati, Secretary

The Secretary shall be in change of the Management and Administration of the Foundation and shall perform all such duties and exercise all such power as an incidental to the office, enter into transactions on behalf of the “VIRAGA FOUNDATION “ and execute documents, conduct the meeting of the General Body prepare agenda for every meeting of the General Body or the Executive Committee in consultation with the president and give notice of all such meetings and take steps for carrying the Resolutions passed at such meetings. He shall have the power to appoint or remove the members of the staff.  

Rajesh Alahari, Joint Secretary one

He will assist the Secretary in the discharge of his duties stated in article III sub; clause 3 above. He will discharge the duties of the Secretary in his absence whether specially entrusted or not.   

Durga Rao Vinayaka, Joint Secretary two

He will assist the Secretary in the discharge of his duties stated in article III sub; clause 3 above. He will discharge the duties of the Secretary and Joint Secretary 1 in their absence whether specially entrusted or not.

Bala Subrahmanyam Bonumaddi, Treasurer

The Treasurer shall keep or cause to be kept proper books of accounts and they shall be closed by 31st March of every year in which all receipts and expenditure relating to the foundation funds and any other institutions are maintained. The books of accounts, documents of title to properties held by the trust, bills, vouchers and all the books, documents and papers relating to the trust shall be kept at the office of the foundation and shall be open to inspection by any trustee, on reasonable notice during office hours of the trust. The Treasurer shall each year cause to be made and prepare all proper accounts of receipts and expenditure in connection with the management of the foundation funds and other institutions for the proceeding year showing separately relevant heads of receipts and expenditure. The accounts shall be duly audited by a firm of qualified Chartered Accountants at least once in every year and the Auditors shall be appointed for this purpose and the Auditors report together with the statements of accounts shall be placed before the General Body Meeting of the “VIRAGA FOUNDATION “ at its Annual General Meetings.

Veereswar Nadimpalli, EC member

The Executive Committee Members shall perform such of the functions as are delegated to him/ his by the President, Secretary & Associate President.

Soma Sekhara Sita Rambabu Anumala, EC member

The Executive Committee Members shall perform such of the functions as are delegated to him/ his by the President, Secretary & Associate President.
